Part 1 – Month 1
The first month will introduce you to eating more whole and plant-based foods. It will help you discover what your body needs and show you how to flush waste out of your body.
- Week 1 – Waste Flush / Detoxification.
- Week 2 – What and how to eat after a waste flush.
- Week 3 – Know more about living foods.
- Week 4 – Know more about dead foods.
- Week 5 – The 20-minute rule and how to apply it to how you eat.
Part 2 – Month 2
In this next phase, you’ll begin to make gentle, realistic changes to your diet, and as you do, your relationship with food and the way you appreciate it will naturally start to change.
- Week 1 – Why you need to help your body do a detox/waste flush.
- Week 2: Learn how to form new healthy habits to overcome unwanted habits.
- Week 3 – Cheat meal & cheat day explained.
